What does “0.8% of billed amounts” mean?
The usage-based component applies to amounts billed through tebio. Part of the cost therefore scales with actual billing volume.
What is included in Quick Start?
Quick Start includes core functions such as the Business Portal, customer and subscription management, product and price management, Hosted Pages, billing, invoicing, payment processes, finance reports, API, webhooks and support for getting started.
Do I have to book a demo first?
No. You can register for free and try tebio directly. A demo is useful if you have more complex requirements or want personal advice before you start.
When do I need an individual quote?
An individual quote makes sense when your business has more complex requirements — for example higher billing volumes, individual integrations, several sales channels, particular industry processes or extended support needs.
Are Hosted Pages included at the start?
Yes. Hosted Pages are a core Quick Start function and can be used for order pages, checkout and self-care processes.
Are the API and webhooks included?
Yes. The API and webhooks are tebio’s core integration options and are intended for connecting external systems.
Does tebio support SEPA direct debit and bank transfer?
Yes. tebio supports payment processes such as SEPA direct debit and bank transfer via the company’s own bank account, when configured accordingly.
Are e-invoices and DATEV-oriented processes possible?
tebio supports invoices, finance reports, a journal and DATEV-oriented processes. E-invoices can also be relevant for suitable B2B scenarios.
